You must have at least one courier in the system so that a relation or an order can be created.
To create a courier, go to Settings -> Configurations -> Couriers Tab -> Add New Courier
A courier can belong to you or a particular client. In most cases, most of the couriers are your courier accounts.
If you create a courier belong to a client, other clients will not see this courier.
|Client||Usually use "Our Own"|
|Profile Name||Name this courier such as "Own Courier" or "UPS Standard"|
|Payment Method||Prepaid, Collect or Third Party. If you use collect or third party, you'll need to enter 3 additional fields - account, billing zip code and country code. This is for ShipStation integration only.|
|Carrier Mapping||ShipStation connection required. Map to your ShipStation couriers|
|Service Mapping||ShipStation connection required. Map to your ShipStation couriers|
|Package Mapping||ShipStation connection required. Map to your ShipStation couriers|
To create a location, go to Settings -> Configurations -> Locations Tab -> Add New Location
You can also upload locations by Excel.
A location has 3 properties
|Location||The actual bin number in your warehouse|
A location can be a picking location or a storage location. The different is that a storage location will not show up in the picking ticket. So you probably want to consider the following

|Billing Category||This field is used for daily location billing.|
