Out of the box, you will receive one super user account from Y3PL support team after your system is set up. There is one and only one super user account. Super user does not have role limitations and have access to everything in the system.
There are 2 main type of users in Y3PL system - Company User or Client User.
Company users should be your own employees. These users have access to everything in the system unless restricted by roles.
A client user only has access to resources belong to their own company (your 3PL customer).
A client user only has access to relations, inventories, orders and reports.
A client user cannot have a role.
Both users and roles can be managed in the same page - Settings -> Users
Normally, after receiving your new Y3PL system, you want to create roles first. Click on "Roles" button, then click on "New".
By default, all accesses are checked. You need to give the role a name (i.e. Admin), then change the access rights accordingly.
There are three main accesses:

Android user should have all the accesses under Operations.
To create a user, click on "Add New"
You should enter the correct email address and a temporary password. Once the user is created, he or she will receive an email from the system with the login credential. They can then update their password in their profile page.
If you are creating a company user, you should assign a role. Otherwise, this user has no access.
If you are creating a client user, you should assign the correct client to the user.
