Shopify Integration

Out of the box, Y3PL supports Shopify integration. To use our out of box integration, you need to note the following:

• The integration does not support partial fulfillment.
• The integration will check customer stores every 30 minutes, import new orders with fulfillment status of "unshipped" and payment status of "paid".
• The integration will create SKUs that do not exist in the system. Therefore, it is very important the SKUs in the system are the same as Shopify store.

To set up an integration, your customer will need to following these steps to retrieve a new pair of API key and password.

1. Go to their store, click on "App", then click on "Create App"
2. Give the App a name and use your system URL, then click "Create App"
3. Click "Get API credential" or go to "App Info" tab.
4. At the bottom of the page, they need to send you the API key and secret key.
5. Also, you need to get their store URL.

After you receive above information from your customer, go to Y3PL main system => settings => integrations

Then click "Add New" button

Field	Explanation
Integration Name	Give a name to identify this connection.
Partner	Select Shopify
Client	Select the correct 3PL customer
API Key	Copy paste above
API Password	Copy paste above
Store URL	The format should be xxxxxx.myshopify.com. Do not put "https://" in front of the URL
Country Limit	If you set this value to US, only orders shipping to US will be imported. All other countries will be ignored
Default Courier	All orders imported will have this courier assigned. If an order requires different shipping method, the system will list the method under order note field.

Once you fill in above information, click on "Save". The system will try to connect to the store to check the connection. If everything is correct, the store will be checked every 30 minutes.

After an order is shipped, the system will update the customer store with the tracking number and update the status of the order to "fulfilled".
